I would like to share the positive experience I've had working with Elite Payroll Solution. They are a professionally run, responsive and helpful organization. Their attention to detail and accurate, timely work is far superior to either of the other large payroll companies I have worked with in the past.

I strongly recommend this organization to anyone who should choose to be lucky enough to work with them.

We have 4 payroll accounts/companies with Elite Payroll, we used to be with Paychex, but weren’t getting quality individual service and had too many mistakes and issues with almost every payroll.

Elite Payroll Service was recommended to us by an acquaintance and we have been very happy with not only the services provided but the cost.  Nathan is my contact and he keeps on top of everything and makes sure my information matches theirs.  I have issues sometimes with payroll and am able to get ahold of someone almost immediately and get a manual check or resolution to a payroll issue, most employees don’t like to wait for their money.

All my reports get filed with the appropriate entities and I get an email regarding any changes or additional tax deductions that may occur, that I may not be aware of.  I have and would recommend them highly to anyone looking to have a payroll company.

They have addressed our needs and offered solutions to assist us in our growth.  Their customer service has truly been tremendous. We now have 4 locations in different states, and we trust our payroll with Elite. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a hands-on, customer focused, professional payroll provider.

We have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and used various companies to pay our employees.  To date, Nathan at Elite has been the far easiest and cost-effective.   Elite has always been available and stays on top of all our needs.  Nathan is very detail oriented, and at times when I let an employee's time card slip by he recognizes the missing employee or double checks with us to assure the accuracy of our time cards.  Initially, we had some hesitation due to the distance, but other franchisees within Krispy Kreme have been using him for years and expressed to us how happy they were, and Elite's service and/or distance has never been an issue.  Elite was also an extremely easy transition for my 70 plus employees, which we feared would be a challenging task.  In sum, we are extremely pleased with Elite and are in the process of transitioning some of our other company's business to them.
